Our people are our prize-possession. We are proud of the fact that our employees’ continuous service ranges from 1 to 63 years – an achievement for both Beal Architectural as a company and the individuals themselves. Our long-standing employees are as loyal and passionate about their work today as they were on their very first day of employment and our newer employees ensure we have a dynamic and balanced workforce to take forward on the journey to our centenary.
We work hand in hand with our Health and Safety Advisors, HSE and insurers as the safety of our team is paramount. Training is given to employees in all areas, whether working on-site or within the factory environment so we can safely say we are fully qualified and safety conscious.
Our employees’ commitment enables us to complete each project beyond client expectation. We will continue to invest in developing skills of our people, latest equipment and innovative practice, to ensure we provide these levels of quality each and every time.
